Happy Home Thai Cooking School

Classes will be taught in English and held in our newly renovated kitchen
and will involve hands-on preparation and cooking. You will also be
sampling everything that you cook so don't eat too much for breakfast!
A rough schedule for each day's class is shown below:
9:00 Gather at the school
9:30 Go to market and purchase ingredients
10:00 Clean and prepare the ingredients
10:30 Instruction for four dishes
1:00 Class finishes

Each class will be based on making a different curry and three other
dishes, except the dessert class. Vegetarian options are available for all
