The Happy Home Thai Cooking School was established in Pattaya in
September 2007 based on the idea that cooking is an integral part of any
happy home. The food that is served in the home should be based on fresh
ingredients, careful preparation and beautiful presentation.

School you will learn the joy and
satisfaction of cooking your own Thai
banquets through hands-on lessons with
your local chef.

We provide you with all the ingredients,
recipe booklet and instruction so that you
can learn at least 4 dishes per day. Our full
Basic program consists of 5 days with one
day dedicated to Thai desserts. Our
Intermediate program consists of 2 classes
of regional cuisine. However, you are
welcome to join for just one to four days,
also. We will also try to accommodate any
special requests you may have such as
vegetarian menus, group discounts or other
special menu requests. Both morning and
afternoon classes are available.
