September 2007 based on the idea that cooking is an integral part of any
happy home. The food that is served in the home should be based on fresh
ingredients, careful preparation and beautiful presentation.

We provide you with all the ingredients,
recipe booklet and instruction so that you
can learn up to 4 dishes per day. Our full
program consists of 5 days with one day
dedicated to Thai desserts. However, you
are welcome to join for just one to four
days, also. We will also try to accommodate
any special requests you may have such as
vegetarian menus, group discounts or other
special menu requests.
